The ACT Public Sector Medical Practitioners Enterprise Agreement 2021-2022 details the terms and conditions for medical practitioners employed by the ACT Public Service, including the ACT Health and Canberra Health Service.
Visiting medical officers are not covered by the agreement. Further information is on the Canberra Health Services website.
The current ACT Public Sector Medical Practitioners Enterprise Agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 11 January 2022. It commenced on 18 January 2022 and has a nominal expiry date of 31 October 2022.
The ACT Public Sector Nursing and Midwifery Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026 covers all registered nurses and midwives, enrolled nurses and assistants in nursing employed in the ACT Public Service.
The current agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 6 August 2024. It commenced on 13 August 2024 and has a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2026.
The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 13 June 2024. It commenced on 20 June 2024 and has a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2026.
The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 19 January 2024. It commenced operations from 26 January 2024 with a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2026.
The agreement was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 13 September 2023. The agreement commenced 20 September 2023 and has a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2026.
